Bullet Journal To Do List Ideas

I mostly use my weekly bujo spreads to make to do lists, but when I have a lot that I want to get done I will dedicate a whole page to just a to do list. In this blog post I will be sharing so of my favorite to do lists that I have made. These spreads vary from simple black and white to detailed spread with drawings.
As I have mentioned before on the blog I plan digitally, using an iPad and the application GoodNotes and Bargain Depot Stylus 2 Pack from Amazon. Currently I am still using GoodNotes 4. If you are curious to why I plan digitally you should check out my blog post Switching to a Digital Planner-Paperless Planning.

Spread Type #1

This first spread is the simplest of all the ones I will be showing. I made this specifically for a day last year when I wanted to get a lot done before going to college. As you will see most of list include boxes to then be crossed out when complete. I just really like using the feature in GoodNotes that makes the shapes perfect for you. For those who have a simple or minimalistic planning type then I would recommend this spread for you. Honestly any font works for this spread.

Spread Type #2

This next type is only different in one way, which is that the title or header involves color. For these spreads I chose a color that either fit the main color I was using that month or a color that fit the weekly spread that coordinated with that day. Again with this spread you could do that same when it came to choosing the color. The pictures I included are one for my bujo to do list and one for a specific day.

Spread Type #3

This spread is for when you have a lot to do in one week and what to be able to split up the list to be completed throughout the week. Feel free to change the days of the week so that you are completing more on the Saturday and Sunday. The idea behind this spread is that its different post it notes for each day. Whats great about this spread is you can also change it to be to do list for different months. I just love clean lines and how this spread turned out.

Spread Type #4

For the last two spreads they are for even longer periods of time. One is my to do list for summer 2019, which starts today!! And the other was my to do list for winter break 2018. For both of these spreads I took more time in designing and creating them. The winter one has a header with two different types of stars and little dots by the stars. The summer to do list is using the same idea with clusters of sunflowers, suns and little dots. To make this spread feel more organic I used circles instead of boxes. How I will "check things off" is why tracing over the circle with a colored highlighter. This idea can be used for any theme to fit your planner style or a monthly theme.

Reasonable Dorm Room Cleaning Schedule

Reasonable Dorm Room Cleaning Schedule After my first semester of college I have developed a cleaning routine that I have been able to keep up with. You can read my previous blog post about What I Learned In My First Semester of College . Over the past few months I have experimented and I am confident in the routine that I have created.  Personalize When it comes to personalizing the schedule you could add or take out the different chores. For example I also wash my retainers weekly and monthly my roommate and I decorate the marker board on the outside of our door. We also only clean our mirrors when needed since we have found that they do not seem to become too dirty regularly. Something that I would make sure you sanitize every week would be the surfaces that you are constantly touching. That means light switches, door handles, and your desk. By doing this I managed to avoid getting sick when my roommate and other floor mates go sick. Another task that you could add ...

Bullet Journal Fitness and Workout Spread Ideas

If you want to purchase some of these spreads you can buy the digital bundle from my Etsy shop: Simply Paperless .  I had created six different bullet journal fitness and workout trackers/spreads. These spreads were made in my digital bullet journal using the GoodNotes App.   I highly recommend to use a stylus when using GoodNotes as a digital bullet journal. For this project I used the Adonit Dash 3 Stylus , which I highly recommend. I also recommend the Bargain Depot Stylus 2 Pack  from Amazon. Daily Workout Plan This first spread can be used to plan out what exercises you plan to workout each day of the week. I would recommend this spread for those who are just starting to workout. I did not created the workout that is used as the example for the content of this spread. The workout is from Pintrest Workout Plan .  Workout Tracker This next tracker is in the format of a monthly calendar. In order to track the different workouts...

Review of Flo Period and Ovulation Tracker App

Review of Flo Period and Ovulation Tracker App In need of a period, fertility or ovulation tracker application, well do I have the perfect one for you.  Flo is a free application that tracks periods, ovulation, fertility and even has a pregnancy mode. I downloaded Flo over two years ago and have yet to find a reason to stop using the app or switch to another period tracking application. Over my two years of using this application I have found it to be very accurate when predicting when my next cycle with start and end.  Getting Started When you first download Flo you enter in information pertaining to your weight, age, when your last period ended, how long it lasted, and other data. Answering these questions accurately helps the application to predict when your next cycle will begin and when your ovulation day is. Trackers The application uses a monthly calendar to display when your ovulation day is and when your period should start and end. The dates that ...
