What to Track in Your Habit Tracker
Ideas For Habit Tracker Layouts
This first tracker is functional for tracker a specific task or habit. If you are tracking something like water intake, you could also add the what time of day you finished each increment. This is a tracker that can easily be incorporated into a weekly spread. Using different colors or icons to mark when the task is completed makes it so it can include the theme of a weekly spread.
These next two tracker are great to break up your different habits into individual calendars. In these examples I show ideas for marking each task. This trackers only take up a few lines and can added to the corner of a monthly spread. Again, different colors or symbols make it easy for the trackers to fit in with the theme or your monthly spread.
This next tracker is another idea that could be used for the whole month. Since this tracker only takes two lines, you could fit a whole bunch of these tracker on one page and use it for the whole month.
I love this next tracker because it uses symbols instead of words. For the reading tracker I showed that you could track how many chapters you read for that day. The same could be done for amount of time you workout out, oz of water drank, and hours slept.
I recommend trying out different habit trackers and find what works best for you. If a whole month is too intimidating, first try a weekly tracker. I would recommend starting small with the number of habits you are tracking and then add and take away until you are happy.
