Back to School Weekly Meal Prep Plan

My Food History After years of nightly stomach aches I was diagnosed with a milk malabsorption in the fifth grade. That will be 10 years ago in October. For 8 years I was able to control my stomach aches. A strong antibiotic that I was given for a virus cleared out my system and caused the stomach aches to return. One of my doctors referred me to an allergist and immunologist. Through discussing what I eat each day and when I would get stomach aches, the doctor was confident that if I ate a low fodmap diet I would no longer have stomach aches. I have reintroduced some high fodmap foods, so currently my diet is not strictly low fodmap.  I would also like to mentioned that the reason I am gluten free is because gluten causes me to have stomach aches, become irritable and my skin breaks out. I lowered the amount of carbs that I consume as a weight loss method. This weight loss method consisted of cutting out sweet potatoes,

How to Create Routine Bullet Journal Spreads

As a person who lives her life by a very rigid schedule, I have not only found creating routines in my bullet journal to be helpful in times of change, but they also motivate me to stick to them as much as I can. I first started creating my routine spreads when I would experience a change such as a new semester of college or a different work schedule. September Book Review 2019: Alex and Eliza: Love and War

Reasons For  Reading  This Book As I mentioned in my review of the first book in this trilogy series, I am a massive fan of the Broadway musical Hamilton. I not only have the entire soundtrack memorized, but I have also had the  opportunity  to attend the show in October of 2018. The reason why I am reading Love & War  and all three books one after the other is because I will be attending the show once again in  September  of 2019 and wanted to not only finish the series before I went, but also wanted to celebrate my  excitement  by thinking of it everyday while I read. Why I chose to read these  specific   Hamilton  novels is  because  I have always wanted to  learn  more about Eliza  Schuyler. The love story of Alex and Eliza  intrigues me and I thought why not read a trilogy series on that topic. If you are interested in how I came to discover this series check out this blog post, August Book Review 2019: Alex and Eliza: A Love Story . Content of This Book The se
