Minimal Weekly Bullet Journal Spread Layouts

In this blog post I am sharing simple and minimal weekly spread layouts for a bullet journal. The purpose of sharing these layouts is to give you ideas on ways to organize your weekly spreads. I have been using these same layouts for years now and still manage to make them look different and unique from week to week. Like with all of my bullet journal posts these are meant as inspiration for how you can make your bullet journal both functional and creative.  I plan digitally, using an iPad and the application  GoodNotes   Adonit Dash 3 Stylus  from Amazon. These spreads were made on GoodNotes5, but are easily exported to be used on GoodNotes4. 4 Ingredient Vegetarian Dinners

As a busy college student one of the best things I can do to make sure that I am eating healthy while also staying under a budget is to make dinners that only require a few main ingredients. I have published a similar blog post, but that one included meat products while this one does not. Like I mention in all of my food blog posts, I am milk free, gluten free, garlic free, and I limit the types of starch that I have. All of these meals are vegetarian and all vegan except one.
