The Only Habit/Health Tracker that You Need for Your Bullet Journal

As a person who is very in-tune with their body, I find it extremely helpful to have a health habit tracker for when life gets crazy. I say this because I can resort back to my health tracker to help me determine why something might be happening to my body. I also find it to be a useful resource to have with me when I visit with a doctor. I plan digitally, using an iPad and the application  GoodNotes   Adonit Dash 3 Stylus  from Amazon. These spreads were made on GoodNotes5, but are easily exported to be used on GoodNotes4. If you are curious to why I plan digitally check out my blog post  Switching to a Digital Planner-Paperless Planning . Why Have You Need a Health/Habit Tracker in Your Bullet Journal Too!! Like I said at the start of this blog post, having a health tracker can be a tool to help you figure out what symptoms might be leading to an umbrella condition or issue. Having these symptoms and habits tracked can also be useful to help you learn more a...

Puppy and Pet Bullet Journal Planner Spread Ideas

2022 Update: If you are interested in having your own Puppy/Dog Pet Planner you can purchase these spreads along with other ones in my Etsy shop Simply Paperless Digital Puppy/Dog Pet Planner . I would like to officially announce that a puppy has been added to my family. This past weekend my sister adopted a soft coated Wheaten Terrier. His name is Bear because he looks like a bear/teddy bear. Growing up my Grandparents, family members and friends had dogs, but we always had cats or flying squirrels. My twin sister and I always wanted a dog, her more than me. After living in on our own for almost a year she finally made the decision to buy one. The summer was the perfect time to get him because we would have time to train him and get used to living with him before we started junior year of college. Now that I have said all of that lets get into the planner portion of this blog post. Today I will be sharing tracker spreads that are perfect for tracking anything and everything in...

Monthly Set Up: Digital Bullet Journal

This blog post will explain how I set up my bullet journal for a new month. Since I plan digitally, if you are curious for why I do that check out my blog post Switching to a Digital Planner- Paperless Planning , my set up for a new month does not take long at all. After my first month of digital planning I started creating monthly templates, which then lessens the time I spend on it even more. In this blog post I included images of the templates and what the spreads look like at the end of the month. I plan using the application GoodNotes . I highly recommend this application for anyone interested in planning digitally. The price is worth it. The styluses I use are either the Pilot G2 Pen Stylus or the Bargain Depot Stylus 2 Pack . Monthly Trackers The first spread I paste into my digital bullet journal is my monthly trackers. Over the past few months this spread has changed to include different habits that I want to specifically track for that month. Most recently this spre...

Testing Trendy Pinterest DIYs: Geometric Cork Coasters

Geometric Cork Coasters After attempting to make cork necklaces as Christmas gifts, I was left with five of the six cork coasters. On Pinterest I have seen DIY Geometric Coasters and thought I already own all but one of the supplies so why not give it a try and see if this trendy DIY works or not. The first set of coasters I made I did not reference any pictures from Pinterest, but for the second set I made I replicated four designs that were found on Pinterest. Supplies Cork Drink Coasters Acrylic Paint in Assorted Colors Paint Brush Set washi tape or painters tape ( Dollar Tree , Scotch , Hobby Lobby ) Gloss Clear Acrylic Coating (water resistant)  ruler (optional) scissors (optional) X-ACTO Knife (optional) Instructions First place the tape where you want the cork to still be seen. I used three different sizes of washi tapes that all varied in width. This is not necessary, but I really liked the different patterns I was able to create by using a v...

What to Track in Your Habit Tracker

What to Track in Your Habit Tracker Since I started using a bullet journal, I found it really helpful to track certain habits or tasks. This blog post includes a list of habits you could include in your habit tracker and different layouts for habit trackers. I created these spreads on an iPad using the GoodNotes app and the PILOT G2 Pen Stylus . After having the stylus part of my Pilot G2 Pen Stylus tear, I purchased the  Bargain Depot Stylus 2 Pack  from Amazon. I highly recommend both. Ideas For Habit Tracker Layouts This first tracker is functional for tracker a specific task or habit. If you are tracking something like water intake, you could also add the what time of day you finished each increment. This is a tracker that can easily be incorporated into a weekly spread. Using different colors or icons to mark when the task is completed makes it so it can include the theme of a weekly spread. These next two tracker are great to break up your different ha...
