Bullet Journal Fitness and Workout Spread Ideas

I had created six different bullet journal fitness and workout trackers/spreads. These spreads were made in my digital bullet journal using the GoodNotes App.  I highly recommend to use a stylus when using GoodNotes as a digital bullet journal. For this project I used the Adonit Dash 3 Stylus, which I highly recommend. I also recommend the Bargain Depot Stylus 2 Pack from Amazon.

Daily Workout Plan

This first spread can be used to plan out what exercises you plan to workout each day of the week. I would recommend this spread for those who are just starting to workout. I did not created the workout that is used as the example for the content of this spread. The workout is from Pintrest Workout Plan

Workout Tracker

This next tracker is in the format of a monthly calendar. In order to track the different workouts accomplished throughout the month, you can create a key using different colors or symbols. This is also a place where you can include the length of the workout. 


Mile Tracker

This bullet journal spread is one that I use in my own digital bullet journal. This spread evolved from my 100 Mile Tracker into a spread where I track how many miles I have run each month. This tracker   doesn't just have to be from runners, it can also be used to track walking miles. I color in the last box (mile) for the end of the month. Doing this helps me to see how many miles I ran each month. For me this is more of a practical tracker versus a creative one, feel free to make it more beautiful by including a quote or doodle.


Every Step Counts

This step tracker is section by into weeks in order for there to be room to add up the total number of steps taken each week. My suggestion for this spread is it adjust it to fit the average number of steps you take daily. I used different colored highlighters to symbolize February and March. 


Food Log

This spread is one that can be helpful to those trying to achieve those 2018 resolutions. I do not personally use a spread like this because I track my food in my weekly spreads. One way to customize this spread is by adding a column to track calories or macros. Another thing that I have seem people do this this type of spread is to make a note of how they felt after this meal or if they were able to finish the meal. Again this is a simple and functional spread, I would recommend making it more colorful in order to encourage you to use it. 


Running Time Log

The idea behind creating this spread was because I needed somewhere to track my running times. If you are not a runner this spread can also be used for tracking walks.
