Social Media and Blogger Bullet Journal Spreads

My pervious Social Media Bullet Journal Spreads and Trackers were more focused on trackers and insights into followers. This blog post is focused on the administrative and content side of blogging and social media. Honestly I have not used those original spreads in over two years because I find the insights given on the social media platforms informative enough that I do not need to track them in my bullet journal.

I plan digitally, using an iPad and the application GoodNotes Adonit Dash 3 Stylus (similar since no longer available) from Amazon. These spreads were made on GoodNotes5, but are easily exported to be used on GoodNotes4. If you are curious to why I plan digitally check out my blog post Switching to a Digital Planner-Paperless Planning.

One of my best tips for keeping your blog and social media organized is to have a separate digital notebook that is only used for blogging and social media. I downloaded a digital notebook from The Pink Ink. After you sign up for emails then you are given a password to access the freebies. You can easily download the notebook and import it into GoodNotes. This notebook is great because it have different colored tabs that can be used for different purposes and topics.

Year at a Glance Blog Post Schedule

A new tracker that I am trying out with my blogging is a year at a glance style spread. For this spread I have a monthly calendar and then have a space to mark what days I am publishing a blog post. There is then room under each month to specify the title of each blog post along with its posting date. Since I have been writing a lot of blog posts lately I found that this spread was a great reference for me to use when planning more blog posts. This spread can be used solely for blogging or you could have a separate spread for Instagram, Pinterest, Liketoknowit, YouTube, TikTok or any other social media platform that you use. Another idea for this spread is to have a key with different colors for different social media platforms. If you post more than I do this spread might take up more than two pages.

Blog Post To Do List

This next spread is a blog post to do list. The idea behind this spread is that its a check list for what needs to be done before publishing a finalized piece of content. Under the pre post section I have edit blog post, edit post captions for all social media posts, and schedule the upload date and time for the post (Instagram, Pinterest and blog). If your content is a collaboration or sponsored post then you can also add sending for approval to the pre post section. For the publish section I added blog post, Instagram post, Instagram story, and pins to Pinterest group boards. This is a check list to make sure that all social media content have been successfully published to all platforms. The spread spread includes and area to write the title of the blog post and the date of publication. I was only able to fit two lists on one page, but you do not have to make a separate to do list for each blog post instead you could just erase after each post is ready.

Instagram Story Stickers List

Since I started blogging Instagram stories was created. This is something that I was not comfortable with using at first, but soon discovered through Pinterest all the stickers and graphics that you can add to a story. Once I found this out I went down a rabbit hole and discovered a bunch of sticker packs that I loved. I then created a list spread with the titles of all of the sticker packs that I loved and thought I could use so I could reference then when it came time to post on my story. This is a spread that I have in my Blogger Notebook that I talked about at the beginning of this post.

This blog post is meant as inspiration for creating organized and useful bullet journal spreads for blogging and social media. Happy planning!!

Reasonable Dorm Room Cleaning Schedule

Reasonable Dorm Room Cleaning Schedule After my first semester of college I have developed a cleaning routine that I have been able to keep up with. You can read my previous blog post about What I Learned In My First Semester of College . Over the past few months I have experimented and I am confident in the routine that I have created.  Personalize When it comes to personalizing the schedule you could add or take out the different chores. For example I also wash my retainers weekly and monthly my roommate and I decorate the marker board on the outside of our door. We also only clean our mirrors when needed since we have found that they do not seem to become too dirty regularly. Something that I would make sure you sanitize every week would be the surfaces that you are constantly touching. That means light switches, door handles, and your desk. By doing this I managed to avoid getting sick when my roommate and other floor mates go sick. Another task that you could add ...

Bullet Journal Fitness and Workout Spread Ideas

If you want to purchase some of these spreads you can buy the digital bundle from my Etsy shop: Simply Paperless .  I had created six different bullet journal fitness and workout trackers/spreads. These spreads were made in my digital bullet journal using the GoodNotes App.   I highly recommend to use a stylus when using GoodNotes as a digital bullet journal. For this project I used the Adonit Dash 3 Stylus , which I highly recommend. I also recommend the Bargain Depot Stylus 2 Pack  from Amazon. Daily Workout Plan This first spread can be used to plan out what exercises you plan to workout each day of the week. I would recommend this spread for those who are just starting to workout. I did not created the workout that is used as the example for the content of this spread. The workout is from Pintrest Workout Plan .  Workout Tracker This next tracker is in the format of a monthly calendar. In order to track the different workouts...

Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus Book Review

Reasons For Reading This Book: Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus was Jackie's choice for the month of October. Jackie is the host of The Readheads Podcast Book Club. This is a monthly podcast book club that I have been apart of since it was established in 2020. I love getting to hear the thoughts of the hosts each month.  Content of the Book: Elizabeth Zott is a chemist but is much more than meets the eye. She is not only beautiful but also extremely smart, confident, strong, and not afraid to beat to her own drum. Elizabeth is one of the only female chemists working at Hastings Research Institute. She is viewed as different by everyone there. It's there that she meet Nobel-Prize nominated chemist Calvin Evans. Calvin who falls in love with Elizabeth is described as a loner, grudge holder, and extremely brilliant. Fast forward a few years and Elizabeth is now a single-mother working as the host of the most watched cooking show, Supper at Six . With Elizabeth's ways of ...
